How to install from supplied Makefile.
===================================

To install in /usr/local/ run as root::

  $ make install

If you run as regular user ``prefix`` set to::

  $HOME/usr

To install in different place run::

  $ make install prefix=PREFIX

How to uninstall from supplied Makefile.
========================================

To uninstall run one command from list accordingly to installation procedure::

  $ make uninstall
  $ make uninstall prefix=PREFIX
  $ make prefix=PREFIX uninstall uninstall-local-symlink
